Hello! Today, we are going to learn about the different parts of a guitar.
This worksheet is called “Parts of My Guitar,” and it will help you learn the different parts of a guitar by labeling them.
Let’s start with the biggest part of the guitar, which is called the “body.” This is the part that you hold when you play the guitar.
Next, we have the “sound hole.” This is the round hole in the middle of the guitar’s body. It helps to project the sound of the guitar.
Moving up the guitar, we have the “neck.” This is the long, skinny part of the guitar that has the frets on it.
On the top of the neck, we have the “headstock.” This is the part of the guitar where the tuning pegs are located.
The small pieces at the top of the headstock are called “tuning pegs” or “tuners.” These are used to adjust the tension of the strings to change the pitch of the guitar.
Lastly, we have the “strings.” These are the long, thin pieces of metal that you play to make music on the guitar.
Now, it’s your turn to fill in the labels on the worksheet to name each part of the guitar. Use the pictures to help you, and if you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
