The brain can be divided into three basic units: the forebrain, the midbrain, and the hindbrain. These areas are the occipital lobe, Temporal lobe, Parietal lobe, and Frontal lobe. Cerebral cortex, Cerebellum, Hypothalamus, Thalamus, Pituitary gland, Pineal gland, Amygdala, Hippocampus, and the Midbrain.
